Need help !

I have A 300 UTRA mag , and have purchase a swarovski 4x12-50 , I can not seam to find on there web site how much adjustement I have on the elavation , try to get this rig to shoot out to 600-700 yards should I get a 20 or a 40 MOA base and also what is a decent brand , thanks gun)

I found it the scope has 43IN of elevation this is not enought . so should I get a 20 or 40 MOA rail and if I got a 40 could i still dial down to 100 yrds ?
