Need help with Surgeon DBM

I have a fairly new custom .308 rifle that has a Surgeon DBM installed on it. When I shoot the rifle, my AI magazine comes loose. I called Surgeon and they sent me a new latch spring - had it installed and still have same problem!! It got better with the new spring but my AI mag still comes loose about every other shot.

Any suggestions or ideas on how to fix???
