need help making up my mind

Well guys I'm having a hard time making up my mind. I have all the parts to build 2 rifles. And can't decide what to build.
The components I have are shilen224cal 1-8" twist 32" long blank, a bartline 6mm 1-8" twist 30" long blank, a rem 700 SA, a savage target action RB/RP single shot, and a mcmillian A5 stock for each.
I guess my only requirements are that it be light recoil, accurate, and 1000yd capable.
What would you guys build on what action?

22-250AI and a 6XC or some variant there in on the Savage Target action. That is one of the best problems I have had to see anybody suffer. "What caliber should I go with? I have blah, blah, blah!" Just kidding, I'm only jealous!

How about a 6x47 Lapua, 243AI or 243, 6mmbr/improved, 6mm Remington/AI, 240 Weatherby, or 6ppc?
