Neck turning help

I'm trying to turn my necks of some .280 brass I'm going to fire form. I'm not sure if I'm being mental, but I cant get my shell out of the shell holder. It appears that the shell holder has partially turned in the power adapter and now I can't get it to budge.

If anyone could offer any help that would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but the directions on how to use this is very vague. I'm also unable to find anything on this forum or the internet.

I feel like I'm the only person dumb enough to have this happen.

Well I was right! I'm retarded and didn't know how to work this shell holder. All's good, I fixed it.
