Neck Sizing Question...

I'm using a Redding die set for my .260, currently I'm FL sizing every time mainly to ensure that head spacing stays consistent (found my biggest accuracy gains after playing around with HS). The set came with a neck sizing die which in theory sounds best because I'm working my brass less than with FL sizing. Is it possible to bump the shoulders with a neck sizing die?

No, it only sizes the neck.

I asked this a while back and now do a partial full length sizing
