This is going to be submitted by the elected officials in Missouri:



Democrats in Missouri introduced startling anti-gun legislation that would require gun owners to hand over their legally purchased so-called "assault weapons" to "the appropriate law enforcement agency for destruction" within 90 days.
Under the proposed bill, "Any person who, prior to the effective date of this law, was legally in possession of an assault weapon or large capacity magazine shall have ninety days from such effective date to do any of the following without being subject to prosecution."
Here are some additional provisions found in the gun control bill:
(1) Remove the assault weapon or large capacity magazine from the state of Missouri;
(2) Render the assault weapon permanently inoperable; or
(3) Surrender the assault weapon or large capacity magazine to the appropriate law enforcement agency for destruction, subject to specific agency regulations.

5. Unlawful manufacture, import, possession, purchase, sale, or transfer of an assault weapon or a large capacity magazine is a class C felony.

So much for the argument of, "We are not trying to take your guns away". What a crock of crap!

Colorado is trying to pass a law that would make any magazine that holds more than 15 rounds illegal as well.

It seems to me that lawmakers are pushing to start something that they are not going to like the finish to. There is no regard for the Constitution from most of our lawmakers it seems. What a load of ********!

Just thimk if your turkey gun is an semi-auto with a thumb hole stock it is now an assualt weapon, what a load of bull ****. I can think of some officials that will be looking for new jobs shortly. Our country is on a fast track to hell with a terrorist at the wheel.

We havent seen anything yet I am afraid. Why do you think the DHS has bought up so much ammo ?
The Obama administration has the people looking at Obama Care to the left and Gun Ban to the right , all the while he is sliding things straight across the Isle to get into motion. Like the sorry United Nations ! See he knows the Good ole boys that are true Americans unlike him , will not play his game and will eventually go to the house and or turn against him (I am talking about the men in the military) Obama wants total control . So he says I will buy up all the Ammo their cant be an up rising if there isnt any Ammo. Then I will sher in the UN and I'll have what I really want total control but dont you worry about a thing once your to old to work and can no longer purchase your meds then I'll turn you over to Obama care and you wnt be able to last too long . Wow thats some more care.
