Mesh size for glass beads?

I'm getting set up for Cerakote and they recommend 120 grit aluminum oxide so got that figured out but I also want to get a nice mat finish on a stainless barrel also and I understand glass beads are the way to go for that finish but looking at McMaster Carr there is a number of mess sizes, don't know which way to go!!

You want something around 70-100 mesh.
