Evidently McGowen Barrels is now taking our money and not producing a product.
After placing an order I never received any type of conformation by email or phone. I started calling the company and it only goes to a recording and you can not leave a message. I've sent multiple emails with no reply's.
If you're in the market for a new barrel, I would look somewhere else.
UPDATE: After posting this today, I received a phone call about 15 minutes later. Long story short, I was sent an email showing I had a refund. Checking my CC, I saw the refund pending.
I have seen several other folks that have had the same issues that I've had, poor customer service. I hope they can get this corrected. I have one of their barrels in 20 VT for about 7 years and it is very accurate.
Time to move on.
