Hi all. Just a curiosity question here. Does anyone know a reliable source for maximum chamber pressure that different actions can safely tolerate?
I have a Savage Axis that is chambered in 30/06 right now. I'm just entertaining a curiosity of whether it would be possible to chamber a barrel in a magnum caliber, safely. I'm not sure where to find max pressure info.
