Manners Stock Purchasing Question

I am wanting to buy a Manners EH5A stock for a Rem 700 smokeless muzzleloader build I have planned. I contacted Manners and they said their current lead time is around 5 months so I would like to get the ball rolling. My question for those who have purchased a new stock from them is when is your payment processed for the order? Is it as soon as your submit your order, or after the stock is completed in the 5 months? I looked for the answer on their website, but could not find it. Thanks for the help!

They will send you an invoice a week or two before your stock is complete. When your payment clears, your stock will ship promptly.

And they are usually right on the money if they give you a timeframe. They won't tell you it will be 3 months and then make you wait for 5 months.

They have been good to me other than the wait time...my last one was 4 months

Glad I saw this I'mordering a manners for my 280ai soon .

The bad thing with manners is the wait. They are kind of like ordering a suppressor, order it and forget about it, you will go nuts waiting for it to come.

The last one I ordered and the finally one took 9 months and they told me 4 months and when I got it the inlet was junk.

Call and talk to Tom he will make it right no doubt. I am surprised at this though.
