Making 22-250 out of 22 creed

Seeing as how the case head diameter is the same, and 22 CM is about 52 grains of water and 22-250 is 44.6 grains of water, in theory it might work. Shoulder going from 0.452 to 0.414 might mean you can just cold work it since both have shallow shoulder angles you got a decent chance it is a straight job.

Without internal drawings I can't guess if the capacity would be okay when done, but I would check the first one to see how it turns out before risking more.

The 250 case has a slightly smaller head diameter.
the 25 cm also has a thicker web and goes into the chamber far enough that when max loads are used, the head expands and sticks in the chamber and produces clickers or has to be driven out with a cleaning rod. If you keep pressures down you can do it. Also tried it with 6xc brass, again, thicker web, same results. However, head diameter is right on xc brass.
