M700 ML Help Needed

Just bought a M700 for Elk hunt this next week and need help with the rear sight adjustments. When moving sight forward or backward how much adjustment is being made at 100 yards for each line / increment on sight bar. I want to work on loads, not spend unneeded time on sight in.

I don't know about the sight adjustment because I used a scope but I will pass on to you to completely take the bolt apart and clean it really well after each shooting session. The Remington design allows blow back into the bolt system and it will rust and cause misfire. Been there and done that.

Thanks for the heads up, but I am using small rifle primers and I have not seen that build up yet.
