I'm sure someone has it.... does it still list info on loading for the M1 Garand? If so what is the minimum and maximum charge for a 150 grain bullet with IMR 4064.

Would've thought some Hornady ILs be included with 4064. That's a bread & butter load my Dad used for 50 years.

just trying to clarify loading IMR 4064 with bolt action data. When was that article written ?

the hodgdons data... when was then published? I looked on thier website and see Accurate 4064 description including the Garand but didn't see where to go to get the load data. Just wanted to know for the future to let others know on CMP forum.

Found it under, resources, at the bottom of the page "reference data"

When I started shooting in Garand matches in 1997, I used IMR 4064 with 150 grain bullets, had success with 48 grains behind both Sierra 150 grain Spitzer point and 150 grain fmj flat base, NRA lists loads for the M-1 with various powders and bullet weights, their listing with IMR 4064 and 150 grain bullets is 50 grains. You will also find that IMR 4895 works very well in the Garand.
