Duck hunting in high school, we are in a blind in an open field. Blind has a short roof you can sit down and tuck under, or step forward and stand up. A couple mallards are coming in and fly straight in and over the top of us, as I shoulder my shotgun and start to track them overhead I feel the roof of the blind stop me just as I'm about to put my bead on them. I don't know why but I pulled the trigger even though I couldn't see the duck anymore. I stand up and turn around to see a duck helicoptering down real slow with wings outstretched. As I pick it up it has 1 bb through the bottom of its chin, no other hits anywhere else.
