Finally got a mature deer at our low fence place in south texas. We usually have a ton of bucks with pretty decent genetics but hardly do we ever get a chance to even see a buck that's 5.5 years plus. Until now I've typically just shot cull bucks the undesirable deer and now something I can call a trophy atleast for myself here

You deserve this good buck! Not too many are patient and look at the long term picture. Probably a buck you let walk a time or two in years past. Good for you!

Yes sir I watched him for 3 years and let him walk last year when he looked real good but he disappeared on me I thought he was dead after last years rut but to my surprise had him on camera early October
