Looking for property to hunt pigs ...tresspass fee type deal or yearly lease

I'm looking for a spot to hunt pigs somewhere preferably within an hours drive from Chico ca., where I can pay a tresspass fee per day or lease on a yearly basis. This would be just for me, a couple friends and my dad. I have a deer, turkey, quail club that I manage just outside of chico....so I'm not inexperienced with this and am very responsible....shoot me an email if you are wanting to maybe do this or know someone who might be interested.....I don't want to turn this into a club or guide hunters....I'd just like a place to go hunt pigs
