Looking for gunsmith

I want to have my winchester featherweight in 270 wsm rebarreled to 6.5 gap 4s.
I want to keep the light profile barrel and the wood stock.
Looking for a Smith to do the work and not break the bank.
Who have you used and are you happy with the work?
