This past Saturday we had our long range shoot here in Eastern South Dakota. We had two of our friends come that were very new to the long range side of things. After giving them a little instruction, we put them behind my 300 win mag and had them each put a few rounds on our 800 yard steel plate. I was probably both mine and their best day as they put rounds on target for the first time and my litttle bit of instruction and knowledge paid off for them. Without the knowledge and help from you guys here and other sites, I would have never been able to become this proficient and learn what I know now . Thanks :)

Way to go bringing in some new people! I live just outside of Sioux Falls and know it was a bit cool and windy, but you seem to have had a great time anyway.

It was a little windy but everyone had a good time. We are going to be shifting our range a little which will allow us the potential to get out to almost a mile if i heard the landowner correctly. :D
