Loads needed: 243, RL17, 105gr hybs, 115gr dtacs

Hello Gents,
I finally got my barreled action back from my gunsmith. Here are the specs:
Bartlein 1-7.5" twist 5R 28" length
Chambered in standard 243win
Throated for 115 DTACs
I have some RL17 powder, 105gr Berger hybrids, 115gr bn coated DTACs, and 215m primers to start with.
I'm just looking for some load specs to start with and some of your experiences with these components.Thank you.
