Very nice group there.
Imo its it shoots that consistently then why worry about ES, they are just numbers that don't always equate to performance, as you have shown.

By changing what your doing it may have the reverse affect?
 
I agree with much of what's posted above.

You need to shoot it to 3-600 yards and look for vertical strings.

If no vertical then I'd say you have a bad chrono.

Also, was it one shot way out or were they all over regarding velocity.

Neck tension could be a lot of this.

Whats your brass like? All same manufacturer? Same lot? Weight sorted?

Here's a 300 yard group I shot last weekend which had an ES of 10.

As stated above, take it out to 3-500yds. Hi SD does not work well at long ranges. Also try a different crono.
Me, my self, I'm not a fan of anything that touches by barrel. (OCD)
