Lightweight custom rifle

As a senior citizen I would like a custom order very light-weight hunting (long range) mountain rifle, 7mm RSAUM, made of light but the best components which could be found on the USA market.

I would appreciate if you could advice who are the manufacturers in USA
1. Titanium (custom) short action (and to be the lightest on the market)
2. Carbon rifle barrel (the lightest on the market) giving great precision
3. Carbon-Kevlar rifle stock (not heavier than 20Oz together with recoil pad) adjusted to diameter of the carbon barrel.

Hi Ozihunter. I currently have Bigngreen putting together a 7 SAUM for me right now. Pack weight. A little over 7 lbs without scope. He suggested a titanium action from Lone Peak arms. Wait a couple of weeks and I'll give you some feedback. Proof is a good barrel to look at. For a stock, both McMillan and Manners have some very light weight stocks. Definitely under 26 oz. Not sure about 20 though....
