Lever evolution in 6.5 Creedmoor

We just finished testing lever evolution in my son's 6.5 CM. Did amazingly well. Used Quickload to get a start load. we got .9" group (would have been .3 without a flyer), 2794 fps, ES 7, SD 5.1 with Barnes 127 gr LRX
100% case fill
Good alternative when other powders are short

How bad is it? His 6.5 Grendel loves the stuff shooting .1"

I haven't done much measuring but from what I did do it was almost 1fps per degree. But I didn't do very much testing. Just a few groups over my magneto

I just bumped to a magnum SR primer. Maybe it will help

I have really good luck with it in the 30-30's, all three of mine like it. And it is the one thing I'm somewhat short on lol. I've been trying to catch it available for months now.

That's why I shied away from it for my 35Rem as I had read way to many people complaining Superformance power was very temp sensitive
Use IMR3031 and get groups with my LA 336c's one has to see to believe.

How many grains of leverrevolution? Getting ready to load the Lehigh 130 gr Controlled Chaos with mine.

39 gr shot best and went to 40 with no pressure.

Awesome! Almost completely out of my typical 6.5 powders but have 8 lbs of Leverrevolution. Glad to hear it's working for you in the 6.5 Creed. I will give it a try with the Lehighs! Thank you

He also has some very good results with cfe223 but not sure what the charges were. Temp sensitivity could be an issue with both these powders
