I'm the second owner. Duplex reticle, 30mm tube, side focus. Currently mounted in rings but there should be no marks. I've never shot it. Glass is perfect. Comes with factory box/paperwork.

Yes Sir. It does come with a CDS mounted on top. Don't know what round/load it's for.
