I have a one piece base for a Remington 700 LA, have the hex head screws to fasten to receiver. It is the twist in and windage. Like new.
Also have Leupold 30 mm high rings. Screws included. Great shape.
As well as a two piece base twist in and windage. They are marked Savage 110/10 but i had them on a 12 fcv. No screws. They got misplaced but Leupold has been good to me on replacement parts for free. Good shape
