I bought this scope last fall for grand daughters 243... It had a problem and wouldnt drop the last 3 inches with the adjustment bottomed out... I bought a different scope for her as she had an up coming lion hunt... I sent this scope in to Leupold in march and got it back... They put a new erector system in it and sent it through their quality control.... This scope was on her 243 for 11 shots... $530 shipped

Seems like a great price for a lightweight scope. Makes me want a kimber or something ultralight sheep type rifle.
