Let’s see some coyotes!

Had a good morning of hunting today. In December my favorite activity is to coyote hunt until about 10:00 am and then hunt pheasants when they head into the cover.

Called in a pair on my first set right before sunrise. Got the male but the female was into the cover before I could get a shot. Next two sets were blanks. Then I walked for roosters and shot a limit in about an hour.

Excellent job, Sir.

krttrkllr; we had some dogs that looked a lot like your dog that were red healers and like their cousins they were aptly named, they loved to get ahold of things heals, even peoples. Often making a mad dash out of hiding to grab your pants leg or boot, and when they got mad at you, they stayed mad for a couple of hours. I've had some interesting experiences with them.
