Thanks calhunter805 but this is the regular magnum action. The way I understand it they are the same but this would require opening up the feed rails and I am not sure how much or how to do that.

What are you trying to build? on the last RR prefix magnum action I built a 28nosler off of I didn't have to open the feed rails at all. It worked right out of the box.

That's great news. The 28 Nosler was the build I have been thinking of. I guess I should have given more information. I sure do appreciate your help.

Get a piece of brass and make sure it clears the feed rails before your start with the rebarrel. Or buy a complete LH 7mag and have it rechambered to 28nosler. The 28nosler reamer will clean up a 7mag chamber.
