Las Vegas gunsmith for barrel chambering?

I need to get a new barrel chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor for my Savage 99 C.

The barrel will be a tapered hexagonal profile with 5R rifling.

Are there any REALLY good gunsmiths in the Las Vegas valley who not only can do a proper chamber but thread the receiver end of the barrel in a "timed" manner so the top flat of the hexagonal barrel is exactly on top?
