If I had a free action to build on I know what I would do with it. A 338 LM Improved P+ or 33XC and run the 285 Flatliners out of it with a G7 of .484 at around 3200-3250 fps. I would finish the barrel at 30". 1/7 would be more than adequate. The P+ chamber would help with pressure. Great barrel. I have Kriegers on three of my custom rifles. In my opinion there top of the heap!
