Swarovski bought Kahles in 1974.
The K525i was released in 2018.

So, yeah. Definitely post Swaro takeover.

You need to post photos of the item, with a handwritten note with the date and your username on it.

And if we're being picky, maybe put for sale stuff in the for sale section?

I apologize for being obtuse, but I again looked at the Classified section where it said "Buy or Sell" and do not see any instructions. That is the reason I simply put my add there in the first place. Plz advise how to access proper steps which I am apparently missing. Appreciate the help.

It's probably because you only have 3 posts (all in this thread). I think there's a minimum number of posts required to list in the classifieds.

Guys, go easy on him.. This guy has to be legit. Scammers don't use "Obtuse"! -------------Oldschool.;)

Still looking for advice on steps to take to place items on your classifieds. BTW I am just next to Bentonville, Arkansas (Walmart Central)

This was a copy and paste from Len I believe. Welcome to the Long Range Hunting Classifieds! I've written this guideline to help you understand and manage expectations for using this part of the LRH community.

All firearm transactions are subject to local, state, and federal laws. If you have questions, please visit https://www.atf.gov

NO SALES OF HANDLOADED AMMO

As a member, you understand that we offer the classifieds as a free service to the community. As such you understand this service is a buyer's beware and if you do not accept this, you should not use this part of the community.

Why don't I have permission to post here?
The classified section of Long Range Hunting is just one part of the community. We ask that you be a registered member for 7 days, make at least 10 posts, and have some interaction with the community in forums other than the classifieds before you can be approved to participate in the classifieds. We don't charge for the classifieds, but we would all love to get to know who we are dealing with. A great place to start is with an introduction about yourself. Feel free to start an intro thread here .

If you would like to upgrade your membership, become a LRH Team Member, and start posting in the classifieds right away, you can upgrade your membership here . It's a great way to support the site and let us know that you appreciate the opportunity to use the classifieds.

Any post that has had no activity within 45 days will be moved to an inactive or sold forum in order to keep our classifieds updated. It's recommended you post if an item is sold or if you're still looking to sell it within that time frame. As once it's moved you will need to recreate the thread.

We use a feedback system that allow folks to look at items sold via threads and posts. If you sell an item, please do not edit the post and remove as future buyers will not be able to see your track record. If abuse of the system is found, we will disable your account.

Tips for Buyers:
  • Know what you are buying!
  • Ask for detailed pictures, recently taken, and with as much identifying information as possible.
  • Verify any contact information (besides just an email).
  • Know the value and condition before claiming an item.
  • Ask for an inspection period particularly if it's an expensive item.
  • Insist on trackable payments/shipping to verify where items are.
  • Use secure payment methods, Paypal, credit cards if possible.
  • Check to see if the user has any feedback ratings at the top of the thread posting.
  • Unless payment has been made, the item is not "claimed".
  • You can get a pretty good sense of someone's character on the phone.
  • Use our Buyers And Sellers Feedback forum - here.
Tips for Sellers:
  • Include clear photos detailing condition and showing brand, model numbers, etc.
  • Never send an item without receiving a cleared payment.
  • Ensure your item travels well, so pack it up appropriately.
  • Get tracking on your shipment, and provide it to the buyer asap.
  • Always include shipping insurance in your posting.
  • Check to see if the user has any feedback ratings at the top of the thread posting.
  • Unless payment has been made, the item is not "claimed".
  • You can get a pretty good sense of someone's character on the phone.
  • Use our Buyers And Sellers Feedback forum - here.
  • Let users know if you are posting your listing on multiple sites.

The above Information is much appreciated. I apologize for any missteps on my part.
Introduction- I am an OLD retired physician with a keen regard for law enforcement and our military. Have been involved in pistol and rifle training for years but still consider myself a newby and enjoy learning about shooting techniques and ballistics. It has been my humble experience that the depth of knowledge of any persuasion is profound and the shooting arts are no different. Moreover, I have enjoyed immensely the diverse personalities one meets in this "visual martial art". I appreciate the opportunity of becoming part of this community and anticipate learning much from the experience.
