I'm a light varmint bench rest shooter that does his own barrel work and long time hand loader. I'm in need of a long range elk gun that I can carry in the field. Low cost ,high accuracy ,light weight ,and shoot able era the goals. My favorite cal is the 338 Lup mag. Any help with what is out there and will really shoot would be great.
