Issue with reloading larger hunting rifles, HELP!

Yeah everything is tight on the rifle, checked that more than once just to be sure. Ive been using a lead sled most of the time cause I know I'm not pulling on that. Factory shoot good so I'm thinking my hand loads are the problem.
