When I clicked on the link my security protocol stopped my ability to access the site. I would say proceed with Caution.

For a little insight here is how some of these companies are working. They are buying batches of stolen credit cards then looking for online stores with poor transaction security. What they are doing is buying the products from stores with lesser security and then claiming a chargeback that they "never got the product". They are then offering you the product at extremely cheap rates and often times deliver that product. They end up keeping what you paid them, and are out none of the money on the back end because they bought it with a stolen credit card. The product you receive is technically stolen but a lot of stores don't log and record serial numbers to report it.
