To ship primed brass, or will I have to do the HazMat thing?

Grafs says it doesn't require hazmat.

Graf & Sons -

Primed hulls, primed brass and ammo does not require a haz mat fee for ground shipping

You still need to mark it ORM-D and ship via FedEx or UPS, however.
