Integral base/ring for 700

Anyone know where I can get an integral set of steel rings built like the talley lightweights. I really like the looks of them but the aluminum has me spooked

I have a DNZ 1-piece on one of my rifles, and it has been a very tough base, provided that you use their torque specs and do not over-tighten the screws. I had issues with screws breaking from over-tightening them (before I had my Wheeler FAT Wrench), and since I torqued them to spec, no more problems, and has been rock-solid.

I like the dnz but I would really prefer a 2 piece mount.

Sounds stupid. I just like the overall looks better of the 2 piece

Some bases fit multiple brand and model rifles.

Don't under estimate the strength of aircraft grade aluminum. Your scope is more than likely made of it too.

Been running Talleys for years with no issues. I would rather have the aluminum then steel rings.

If you want steel, consider the Near Mfg. Alpha mounts. Yes, it's a one piece but very sculpted and attractive.
