Initial load development

Hi everyone,
On initial load development, shooting at 50 yards ok or is 100 the best. I'm looking at bullet grouping as my indicator.
rifle: Bergara B14 ridge, 30-06, 1-10 twist. Berger 168 classic hunter. Trying powder, H4350 at 57 grains, H4830 at 57 grains and RL16 at 56 grains. What are your thoughts?

I would shoot at 100 plus if you have it available 50 will not tell you much
