I've seen a lot of posts going around claiming a rifle is printing X MOA targets but the poster says their aren't an X MOA shooter in threads ranging from for sale stuff to the best cartridge threads.
If the shooter is claiming luck don't we have to assume the rifle is crap and it was pure luck? Doesn't seem like the rifle is magically going to make you shoot X MOA.
Or should we assume whoever it is, is actually an X MOA shooter and they just haven't fired many rifle/ammo combos capable of X MOA?
Just curious on others thoughts.
