Idaho unit 19 or 20

Was wondering if anyone has any experience with either of those units for deer?

I have been in 19A, I'll never hunt there again. A lot of steep (incredibly steep) country with animals few and far between. I used a lot of boot leather and sweat up there, I won't waste any more. I don't know how many years ago, but apparently those used to be good units. Not sure what happened.
