ID Help on Bottom Metal

Hi Y'all,
I purchased this on EBay the other day thinking it was a 700 SA factory bottom metal that was replaced with the plastic magazine type that the package says. I've looked everywhere and can't determine what rifle this is for. I know it's not a Rem 700.

I did confirm it is for a Howa and Weatherby Vanguard. Thanks for your help! Does anyone need it. It's a new take off and I paid $55.00 for it. I don't have any use for it.
