Where I'm from, it's a negotiation tactic. In the south, when someone tells you the price of something, even if it's the greatest deal you've ever imagined, you accuse them of trying to starve your children, ask them if they think you are an idiot, and pretend the guy down the road has one for half of that price, and his both smells better and has a better provenance. But yeah, I get it.

What about mandatory pics of item with a piece of paper with your user name and date on them? That rule seems to be omitted quite often. And often times when someone brings it up, hairs get ruffled

On a side note. I believe to keep this site from being another uselse's forum where people only come here to sell is to revise the rules. In my opinion the criteria for selling eligibility is way too low. So, we get what we get.
