Huskermaw/Rugar 77MkII set up

I started negotiations with a gunsmith for a retrofit to my old 300 Win. Mag. to a 300 Dakota with a 28" Lija barrel.
My big worry is the mounting rings allowing the Huskemaw 5-20 scope enough elevation to shoot 100-1000 yard, max. LR hunting 6-800 I think. I have not been able to find mount rings for the Ruger 77 MII that have 20 moa downslope. If anyone knows of some please advise. I am holding off delivery until Feb.-Mar. so there is no current immediacy.

7.5 Talley's should work. I use them on a Rem and Kimber.
