Kimber-that I recall I haven't bounced anything with that bullet besides some chucks at fairly long range for which they're totally adequate:)

I have zero doubt as to the outcome of the 150 Scenar on elk. They shoot like a house a fire in the Mash!

Still mainly using the 150 NBT as I've seen no reason to change not that I haven't deviated from it a bit here and there. Last fall I bounced a really nice bull via the Mash. I had 169 LRAB's in the pocket and Scenars when it happened fast the bullet I grabbed was the LRAB. It worked...:)

Hope all's well my friend

(bounce me a text and I'll send you a pic of the bull)

I used a few 190gn MK’s on elk a few years ago…. Here are the results, recovered from a cow shot right behind the front shoulder. 250 yards 300 WM 3150fps. This is exactly the way the bullet was recovered and never exited. I Carry it on my key chain to remind me to never use a MK on an animal again. Shot a couple of bulls as well and all had to be shot multipal times…. So no I didn’t have good luck with them, hope that helped.

That's weird, we've shot a dozen or so with SMK's, and even more deer. Never had a problem.
