Hunting tripod/similar

I'm looking for a tripod set up for this season. It will be used for my Colorado rifle hunt where shots can be out to 500 yds. It will also double as a crossbow tripod for the kids to use. If anyone has something they are wanting to part ways with let me know. I'm thinking like a bog deathgrip or something similar. Let me know what you have. Thanks for looking.
