Hunting GPS maps contact?

I have been trying to update my BLM downloadable map and sent an email to reset my password and no response, which meant that they either lost my contact information or their computer is not functioning. I emailed them yesterday and still no response. Anyone have contact with them in the last couple of days, or know if something is amiss with their site? Thanks. Rich
