HS Precision Recoil Pad

Im looking at changing the recoil pad on my HS precision stock and need some help. I can find any screw holes for it so I was wondering if its just glued on. If it is glued on what are some tricks you guys use to get it off. Thanks for the help

Gunsmith told me you can freeze the stock and hit it and it will come off. I have not tried it my self, but that is what he told me he did to replace mine. Hope that helps.
