This DBM was removed from an HS Precision stock on a Remington 300 Ultra Mag. I was told it is an HS Precision DBM, but there are no markings anywhere at all except for a stamped number 8 on the right side above the mag release button. It appears to be an earlier version of what is currently sold. The mag release fits flush to the outside of the trigger guard and the magazine appears to be an HS Precision magazine (matches pictures of them I have found). I removed this DBM from the rifle and installed the factory BDL bottom metal (I'm going to be listing the rifle soon). The factory bottom metal fit perfectly and the stock had not been inlet for this DBM - it fits factory BDL inlets for Remington 700 long actions. Measurement inside the magazine is 3.701"

$280 shipped for this DBM with magazine and shims.

I accept USPS Money Orders, Certified Checks, Venmo, and Zelle for payment.

I have tons of feedback on AR15.com and Gunbroker under the same username.

SOLD TO Mike Davis

Do you still have this? Wondering if it would work on my 338 edge Remington 700 LA with a McMillan stock. I used the bottom metal from the Sendero stock I had. Your thoughts?

I believe it will fit, I can take whatever measurements you'd like. It fit the factory inlet just fine in the factory HS Precision stock.

It is a flush fit actually. I reinstalled it and took pictures so you can see how it looks in the rifle. I then reinstalled the BDL bottom metal and it fits flush as well. Inlet is the same for both. Please keep in mind, I did not use the shims when I installed it for these pics. By using the shims (included with this sale), you can level it so it is actually flush along the bottom edge of the stock and it will feed correctly. I did not notice this until I went to post the pics here just now - I can redo it if needed.

Really don't need to comment but it's not flush. I have this same setup on a Remington and it protrudes about 3/8-7/16 below the standard bottom metal. But the pic's show that too. It is a nice mag though. I like mine vs flipping open to unload.

Hey, my apologies, I've been talking about the actual bottom metal fit. The magazine is definitely not a flush fit with the bottom of the stock!
