City & State/Province
Cheyenne, WY
Just found the place while looking to trade some gun powder and thought I'd hang around and see what was happening. Located in Cheyenne WY, Mother Nature's wind tunnel, and just sitting out winter and the virus at the moment.
I retired a few years ago but before that spent 50 years wandering around working in various technical fields, first as a lithographer, then as an industrial millwright/machinist, and then as a motorcycle tech. Even taught at MMI for several years. Been in every state of the US and parts of Canada, Mexico, China, Australia, Vietnam, and Europe.
Now I just tinker on my bikes, ride and shoot when the weather is agreeable, and read and listen to tunes a lot.
Haven't hunted since I shattered my ankles in a high side decades ago but still like to shoot and while I appreciate the new high tech firearms I prefer classic stuff and have several firearms that are 100+ years old.
Politics? I support the Constitution and the Amendments to it. As far as I'm concerned the Republican and Democratic parties are just two sides of the same bent coin and no matter which side comes up when it's tossed we as citizens lose.
I try to live by a very simple principal that took me years to work out. "In my world there are only two kinds of people, them that bother me and them that don't. If what you do or want to do doesn't hurt me or mine and you don't expect or demand that I join, pay for, support, or approve of it then you don't bother me. Otherwise you do."

Welcome from Colorado.
Thanks. I lived in Colorado off and on for over 20 years but it changed so much from the state I moved to when I got out of the Corps in 71 that I decided that Wyoming was better place to be when I decided to settle somewhere permanent. Still have people on the Western Slope that I visit a couple times a year.

I am tempted on a daily basis to push north of the Colorado border. I was born here, but, man is it a different place now.

Anymore the Front Range from Ft. Collins to Colorado Springs is like being in California. Rather than deal with Denver when I go over to the Western Slope I head west from Cheyenne then cut down through Rifle.
