How to get the lowest possible scope height with picatinny rail and rings?

I tried Murphy Precision and Nightforce rings, wasn't able to get the scope closer to the bore, way too much room between objective and barrel.

What are the lowest possible options? I would like something similar to the Murphy Precision rail and the Nightforce UltraLite rings except closer to the bore.

Several scopes to mount, Leica 42mm, couple of 50mm and a 56mm.

APA Tru loc low rings are 0.75" IIRC

These are the lowest Ive found, and they are great rings. But a little pricey.
