I got 100 pieces of the new lot of Hornady 6.5 GAP 4S Brass
only weight sorted so far
first row is 215-215.9
second row 216-216.9
third row 217-217.9
fourth row 218-218.9

Pretty good on weight, and about the same as my remington brass.
Noticeably no discoloration from annealing like the first lot.
I am going to load the 5 pieces that weigh 215-215.9 and shoot them every time I go to the range to see how they hold up.

Gotcha, I was thinking that is what made the first batch too soft.
Hopefully these will be a little better.

Just measured the 5 I am going to test
Shoulder 1.628
Neck unloaded .290
Neck loaded .291
OAL 2.020

Loaded these at 61.2 H1000, Tula, 140 Hybrid at .020 jump. This is my load for Rem Brass so we'll see how they do.
