I've been a reader of this site for some time. I love the information and different points of view given on this site. Although I don't currently have a Long Range gun I can't wait to get one and start reaching.:D

Unfortunately I still have one of the old military battle axes that someone turned into a sporter. It's an Enfield 1917 30-06 with a cheap 3-9x50 scope, I handload for it. Farthest I've harvested game is 375 yards. Which for all intensive purposes I would NOT recommend with it. At this point I'm on the hunt for a good long range gun. Probably my best long rang gun at this time is my 22-250. A 5 shot string at 200yrds can be covered with a dime. gun)

Really funny you mention that...that's exactly were I go and out the LT Murray for deer mostly. Lots of long range to be done around here as I'm sure you know.
